About the Role:

As a Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager , you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion
• Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Overseeing the design process and providing technical leadership to junior engineers
• Playing a crucial role in business development and client relations, contributing to the growth of the company

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Chartered status or nearing Chartered status)
• Significant experience in structural engineering and project management
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in business development and managing client relationships is a plus
• Proficient in the use of structural analysis software and design tools
