Senior Civil Engineer – Associate Level

Seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer. For the right candidate, this role offers an Associate-level opportunity with a seat at the management table, helping to shape the future of this growing and high-performing civil engineering team.

Salary: €70,000–€80,000 + Bonus, Healthcare & Pension Contributions

About the Role:

This is a key position for a seasoned professional who can lead the delivery of civil engineering services on residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on drainage and SuDS design, as well as flood risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Chartered Engineer Status (essential).
2. 5+ years of Irish experience as a Senior Civil Engineer, ideally with 10+ experience.
3. Expertise in planning permission processes and development plan requirements, alongside strong technical knowledge of:
   • Drainage and SuDS design
   • Flood risk assessment
4. Excellent communication and people skills, to effectively lead teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
