Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, assessment, and management of bridge and transport infrastructure projects
• Provide technical expertise across all stages, from feasibility to detailed design
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative team culture
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 8-15 years’ experience in bridge engineering, including significant experience in design and project management
• Expertise in the analysis, design, and assessment of bridges, including knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (Eurocodes, BS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and materials
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects to time and budget
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and leading teams
• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) and Chartered status (CEng or equivalent) is preferred
